Discovery of 1823 Cherokee Indian crossing Wernwag bridge pieces.

Discovery of  freshwater sponges at Sandy Creek, Cumberland River mile 175.3

These sponges were identified. Spongilla lacustris, Trochospongilla horrida, Trochospongilla leidii and Eunapius fragilis.

Water sampling done on the Cumberland River at 8 different sites for microplastics 2021.
